I provide a peaceful and comforting environment to allow you focus on you, whether that is talking and coaching to explore the changes in life, from families leaving home, to chellenging feelings of self-worth and coping with a new body, or a therapeutic massage to help you deal with the physical and emotional symptoms you may experience.

 

My services include life coaching, massage treatments and skincare.  I am a fully qualified massage therapist and life coach, mum and perimenopausal, so I bring my own experiences and empathy to help you with yours.
